Tynor Knee Immobiliser 19"/48cm D11 | Complete Knee Immobilisation Splint
The Tynor Knee Immobiliser 19" (D-11) is a rigid orthopaedic brace designed to immobilise and support an injured or post-operative knee in a secure, slightly flexed functional position. Lightweight anatomical aluminium splints on the lateral and posterior sides deliver strong immobilisation, while a three-layered laminated PU-foam fabric keeps the brace skin-friendly and comfortable through extended wear. The open wrap-around design makes it easy to apply and remove, and it fits either the left or right knee. Available in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL.
Features
Anatomical rigid splints — Lightweight aluminium splints on the lateral and posterior sides provide strong, complete immobilisation.
Over-the-patella broad strap — A broad patellar strap enhances immobilisation and is removable when not required.
High-quality laminated fabric — Three-layered PU-foam fused fabric delivers comfortable cushioning and a skin-friendly feel.
15° flexion positioning — A pre-shaped posterior splint holds the knee in a slightly bent, functional position.
Reverse-buckle closure — Multiple hook-and-loop straps give a strong locking force and a snug, customised fit.
Wrap-around design — Open construction makes the brace easy to apply and remove, with a universal left/right fit.
