The kit assembles from an overdoor pulley, head halter, spreader bar, cord and a custom-fillable weight bag for a ready-to-use system. How to Use
- Hang the overdoor pulley on the top of a door, or mount it on a wall using a wall bracket.
- Unfasten the hook-and-loop side straps and slide the head through the halter.
- Place the cushioned pad at the back, aligning with the occiput; the front pad sits under the chin.
- Fasten the hook-and-loop straps for a stable, comfortable fit and trim any excess strap.
- Hook the two halter straps into the slots of the spreader bar.
- Connect the spreader bar to the weight bag through the traction cord and overdoor pulley, then use seated upright on a chair.
- Maintain a slight forward angle of the neck for balanced force distribution.
