How to Use
- Gather the sleeve, then slide it over the foot and up the leg.
- Position it over the thigh so it covers the target muscle and the silicone grip sits against the skin.
- Make sure it sits flat and smooth, without rolling or bunching.
- It should feel firm and supportive but not too tight — you should not feel pins and needles or numbness. Remove if you experience discomfort.
