Made from safe, inert polyurethane, it offers excellent resilience for repeated use and is compatible with thermal and hydrotherapy sessions. How to Use
- Hold the ball comfortably in the palm of the required hand.
- Squeeze and release the ball in a smooth, controlled motion to work the hand and forearm muscles.
