How to Use
- Open the hook-and-loop fasteners and slide your foot in so the heel sits snugly in the heel opening.
- Fasten the upper strap first, then stretch and tighten the lower strap.
- Wrap the straps from the medial (inner) to the lateral (outer) side in a figure-of-eight.
- Adjust for a close, comfortable fit without restricting blood flow to the foot.
- Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Product Care
- Hand wash with mild detergent in water below 30°C; do not wring.
