How to Use
Place the wrap with the wider side up and the patellar opening over the kneecap. Bring the three arms around the knee and close the hook-and-loop tape to your desired compression. It is recommended the product is removed while sleeping.

How is it different from a pull-on knee cap? The anterior opening and wrap-around straps let you apply it without pulling over the foot and adjust the compression to suit your knee.
What size is it? It is a universal size and adjusts to fit via the hook-and-loop straps. Measure your mid-thigh circumference around 15 cm above the knee to confirm suitability.
Does it fit either knee? Yes. The wrap-around design fits either the left or right knee.
Can I wear it during sport? Yes. It is designed to provide warmth and adjustable compression during activity; remove it while sleeping.
